I consider our two Labs and cat to be important members of our family.
Therefore the exceptional at home pet care that The Pet Crew provides is
perfect for our beloved pets. We have entrusted Jennifer and The Pet Crew
for over 6 years. Jennifer has gone out of her way to help us and I am
always comforted knowing she is caring for our pets.
I know the care they give is not just a job...they actually love each
one of our animals!
In addition, I have always felt better knowing that someone is keeping an
eye on our house when we are away.
The Pet Crew has definitely been a great asset to our busy life...I'm
not sure what I would do without them!

Jennifer has been a part of our family for close to a year now. In our first meeting she spent as much time (or more) getting to know each of my three dogs as she did getting to know me. She wanted to know likes and dislikes as well as every little loveable (and not so loveable) quirk. Each of my dogs is special to her and she has formed a strong bond and connection with each of my "kids."
Jennifer has an uncanny ability to read dog behavior and believe me, this comes in handy when dealing with a dog like my Buster. Buster is a ninety-pound insecure and VERY excitable rottweiler/husky mix. He typically does not do well with new people but by the end of Jennifer's first visit he was giving her big wet kisses and letting her give him belly rubs! He's crazy about her!
Jennifer also has a deep respect for each dog's individual needs. My little poodle/chihuahua, Madison, is a sweet, semi-spoiled little spirit who, unlike the others, does not look forward to a good game of fetch or tug-of-war. Madison craves and is comforted by a little lap time and Jennifer is more than happy to accommodate her!
Piper, my very barky ten-year-old terrier mix, has special medical needs and requires medication twice a day to control seizures. Jennifer is diligent about dispensing Piper's medications. The very first time Jennifer cared for my dogs, Piper had a seizure. Jennifer nursed her through the seizure and then immediately called me to tell me about the incident. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.
As a business traveler who is out of town frequently I highly recommend Jennifer and The Pet Crew. I love and trust the personal care and attention that she gives my dogs. I can leave home knowing that my dearest friends will be looked after and loved in my absence. And that peace of mind is priceless!
Jedi and Skittles are cats. Yes, fairly normal cats. This means they get
very frightened whenever the pet carrier comes out, even if just for a quick
trip to the vet. With Jennifer and The Pet Crew, I don't have to put my
babies through the anxiety of traveling to a strange place whenever I leave
town. I know that my "kids" will be wonderfully cared for, fed, snuggled,
and teased with cat toys! Not only do Jedi and Skittles get to stay in their
comfortable environment, but The Pet Crew also brings in the mail and waters
the plants. It gives me wonderful peace of mind to know that a responsible
person is checking on the house and my loved ones every single day while I'm

We are Rose and Ruby. As you can see, we are hard-working dogs that are
never spoiled. Jennifer and her crew have been taking care of me (Rose)
since I was ten weeks old - I'm now six years old. Two years ago we adopted Ruby and
now they take care of us both. We see Jennifer the most, and she is our true
good friend. She notices everything - when we are excited and ready to
go and even when we might not be feeling well. One of the crew even took Ruby to
the Vet when she had an emergency and all turned out well. Even though
we are certainly self-sufficient, Mom and Dad would be lost without them, and one of
them would probably have to quit their job to take care of us if it weren't
for Jennifer and her team.
We feel so fortunate to have found Jennifer and The Pet Crew, and have been using their services since 2003. We currently reside with two Manchester Terriers (Lemmy and Ted), two cats (Sgt. Tibbs and Vivian), and a 50-gal. freshwater aquarium. Our family membership has changed over the years but The Pet Crew has always been there to handle any situation, no matter what the head count. We can go out of town, be it a few days or a week, and know that all of our kids are going to be well taken care of, with plenty of love, hugs and kisses. We are also comforted in

My husband and I are "owned" by three cats, and when we go on vacation
we need to make sure that their lifestyles aren't affected. So when we
moved to Plymouth six years ago, we found Jennifer and The Pet Crew, and
our vacations have been worry-free ever since. I know that no matter
what - rain, shine, snow or sleet - someone will make it to our house
for feeding and petting. And our sitters also understand the little
idiosyncrasies of our boys, so they turn on the faucet in the bathroom
tub so Farley can have his water, and play fetch with Cy. (By the
way...Cy has only one eye, and is definitely afraid of his own shadow,
much less unknown humans. However, he comes out for the sitters, lets
them pet him, and allows them to play with him. Something I can't say
even about my own sisters!) Cy, Farley, Squiggy, David and I highly
recommend Jennifer and The Pet Crew. They definitely are the best!Victoria Reinart
Molly loves Jennifer. Simple and true. Molly was wild when we got her
from the Human Society. We both worked all day and came home to a very energetic
and playful dog! Jennifer came three times a week and helped her to
get out during the day for a walk and some loving attention! Now a year and
a half has gone by and Molly waits for Jennifer to come and take her for
a walk and give her some hugs and kisses. We refer to the days Jennifer
doesn't come as "Molly's long days". The Pet Crew has truly helped
our Molly and put our minds at ease when we cannot be there. Simple and true.
